I aim to ship your order within five business days. If you order on a Monday, your order will be shipped by Friday.

If you order on a Friday, your order will be shipped by the following Wednesday.

If there is any delay or issue with your order, I will contact you directly via the email you ordered with.

I do not accept returns.

From the moment you place your order, I wait 72 hours to ship incase there is an issue with your order. If you need to cancel your order or items within it, you need to contact me within this period.

Once your order has been posted, I will not be able to cancel and refund you. Please check your order and details before you finish checking out.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me through the form below with photos as soon as possible from the moment your parcel arrived.

Here are some Q&A that might help:

Why hasn't my order been shipped yet?: Your order will be shipped 3-5 days after you ordered it. Please wait the full five days before contacting.

Where is my tracking number?: If you did not choose tracked delivery, you will not have a tracking number.

My order has not arrived: If you used tracked shipping, please check your tracking and contact the delivery service if issues persist.

If you have placed your order and you live outside of the UK, please be aware it may take anywhere from one to four weeks for the parcel to reach you.

If your order still has not arrived outside of this time, check your local post office/depots and mailboxes incase you have missed your delivery.

I contacted you and you haven't responded: I will respond to you within 72 hours if you use the contact form. If you do not hear from me, please email kanashikaizer@gmail.com directly with your order number, name and details.

I've placed the order but my name/address/details are wrong OR I have bought the incorrect items: Contact me as soon as you notice! If it is within a 72 hour bracket, I can change this with no issues. If it is after that and your order has shipped, I cannot change this.
